1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MACCYB CM (Community), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MACCYBTEAM, the operator of MACCYB CM. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

What You're Agreeing To

You accept full responsibility for your use of MACCYB CM
You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and policies outlined in these Terms
You acknowledge that your account and rewards can be suspended or terminated for violations
You understand that MACCYB CM is an entertainment platform, not a gambling service
You consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use MACCYB CM:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use MACCYB CM. This platform is intended for adult audiences only.

We do not knowingly collect information from or allow registration of users under 18
If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated
We reserve the right to request age verification at any time
Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent ban

Additional Requirements

Discord Account: You must have a valid Discord account to register and authenticate
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region
Account Ownership: You must register with your own Discord account and not use someone else's
Single Account: You are allowed only one MACCYB CM account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited

Geographic Restrictions: Access to MACCYB CM may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use MACCYB CM, you must create an account by authenticating through Discord OAuth. Here's what you need to know:

Account Creation

Discord OAuth: You log in using your existing Discord account. We do not store your Discord password
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when linking your account
One Account Per Person: You may only create one MACCYB CM account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards or leaderboards is strictly prohibited
Account Ownership: Your MACCYB CM account is personal and non-transferable. You cannot sell, trade, or transfer your account to anyone

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

Discord Account Security: Keep your Discord account secure with a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at support@maccyb.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, even if unauthorized
No Sharing: Do not share your Discord login credentials with anyone or allow others to access your MACCYB CM account

What We Can Do

MetaCORPS reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Request additional verification to confirm your identity
Refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion
Investigate and take action against suspicious activity or abuse

4. Acceptable Platform Use

MACCYB CM is a community engagement platform for fans of content creator MACCYB. When using the platform, you agree to:

Respect Others: Treat other community members with respect and courtesy

Report Issues: Report bugs, security vulnerabilities, or rule violations to our support team

Platform Purpose

MACCYB CM provides the following features:

Points System: Earn points based on engagement with MACCYB's content across various platforms
Leaderboards: Compete with other fans on public leaderboards
Rewards: Redeem points for community perks, recognition, and benefits
Community Features: Access to community events, announcements, and exclusive content

License Grant: MetaCORPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MACCYB CM for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Points & Rewards System

MACCYB CM operates a points and rewards system. Here's how it works and what you need to know:

How Points Are Earned

You can earn points through legitimate engagement activities, including but not limited to:

Stream Watching: Watching MACCYB's live streams on Kick
Chat Participation: Engaging in stream chat
Leaderboard Rankings: Placing on third-party platform leaderboards (Menace, Packdraw, etc.)
Community Events: Participating in special community events or challenges
Other Activities: Other engagement activities as determined by MetaCORPS

Note: The specific activities that earn points and the rate at which points are awarded may change at any time without notice.

Important Rules & Limitations

No Monetary Value: Points have NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY VALUE. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any form of legal tender
Not Property: Points are virtual items owned by MetaCORPS, not you. You have no property interest in your points
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that any specific activity will earn points or that earned points will remain in your account
Subject to Change: Point values, earning rates, and reward costs can be modified or discontinued at any time
No Redemption Obligation: We reserve the right to refuse or revoke rewards at our discretion
Expiration: Points may expire if your account becomes inactive or is terminated
Fraud Detection: Points earned through fraudulent means will be removed, and your account may be banned

Rewards & Redemption

Reward Catalog: Available rewards and their point costs are displayed on the platform and subject to change
Availability: Rewards are subject to availability. Popular rewards may run out
Delivery: Reward delivery times vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver rewards in a timely manner
No Refunds: Once points are redeemed for a reward, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds
Eligibility: Certain rewards may have additional eligibility requirements

MACCYB CM IS NOT A GAMBLING PLATFORM

You cannot deposit real money to earn points
You cannot withdraw points as real money
Points cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users
The platform does not involve wagering or games of chance for real money
MACCYB CM is strictly an entertainment and community engagement platform

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MACCYB CM. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, point forfeiture, or permanent ban:

Bot Usage: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to artificially inflate your points or rankings
Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or exploit the rewards system
Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account
Exploiting Bugs: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain points or rewards unfairly
Point Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or alter the points system
False Information: Providing false information to qualify for rewards or rankings

⛔ Abuse & Misconduct

Harassment: Harassing, bullying, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
Hate Speech: Posting racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory content
Impersonation: Impersonating MACCYB, MetaCORPS staff, moderators, or other users
Spam: Posting spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content
Illegal Activity: Using the platform for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities

⛔ Technical Violations

Hacking: Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
Malware: Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
DDoS Attacks: Launching denial-of-service attacks or otherwise disrupting platform services
Data Scraping: Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform without permission
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform

⛔ Commercial Violations

Selling Accounts: Selling, buying, or trading MACCYB CM accounts
Selling Points: Attempting to sell, trade, or transfer points to other users
Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
Reselling Rewards: Reselling rewards obtained through the platform

Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all points and rewards, and in severe cases, legal action. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MACCYB CM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METACORPS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Availability: We do not guarantee that MACCYB CM will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted
Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, data, or information on the platform
Point Tracking: We do not guarantee that points will be tracked or awarded correctly at all times. Third-party API failures may cause tracking errors
Rewards Delivery: We do not guarantee the availability or timely delivery of rewards
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services (Kick, Discord, Menace, Packdraw, etc.)
Security: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that the platform is completely secure from hacking, data breaches, or unauthorized access
Merchantability: We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

Your Risk: You acknowledge that you use MACCYB CM at your own risk. MetaCORPS is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of the platform.

Downtime & Maintenance: The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by downtime.

Changes to Features: We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any features, points-earning activities, or rewards at any time without notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

MetaCORPS, MACCYB, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MACCYB CM
Lost Points or Rewards: Loss of points, rewards, rankings, or account status for any reason
Lost Profits: Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
Data Loss: Loss or corruption of data, including account information or engagement history
Third-Party Issues: Problems with third-party platforms (Kick, Discord, Menace, Packdraw) that affect your points or engagement
Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
Service Interruption: Interruption of service, downtime, or technical issues
User Conduct: Conduct of other users on the platform

Cap on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL METACORPS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

$50 USD, or
The amount you paid to MetaCORPS (if any) to use MACCYB CM in the past 12 months

Note: Since MACCYB CM is a free platform, this effectively limits our liability to $50 USD.

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set forth in this section are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and MetaCORPS. MACCYB CM would not be provided to you without these limitations.

Jurisdictional Restrictions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of MACCYB CM are owned by MetaCORPS, MACCYB, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

What We Own

MetaCORPS and MACCYB own all rights, title, and interest in:

Platform Code: The MACCYB CM website, software, and underlying code
Design: The visual design, layout, graphics, and user interface
Logos & Trademarks: The MACCYB name, logo, and all related branding
Content: All text, images, videos, and other content created by MetaCORPS or MACCYB
Points System: The points and rewards system, including algorithms and calculations
Data: All data collected through the platform, including user data (subject to our Privacy Policy)

What You Cannot Do

Without our express written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the platform
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Use the MACCYB name, logo, or branding for any purpose
Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools
Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings

Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use MACCYB CM for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to the platform's intellectual property.

DMCA: If you believe that content on MACCYB CM infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@maccyb.com with details of the alleged infringement.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

MACCYB CM integrates with and links to various third-party platforms and services. You acknowledge and agree that:

Kick: For tracking stream engagement
Menace & Packdraw: For leaderboard tracking
Other Platforms: Additional platforms may be added in the future

No Responsibility for Third Parties

Independent Services: These third-party platforms are not owned, controlled, or operated by MetaCORPS
Separate Terms: Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies
No Endorsement: Our integration with third-party services does not constitute an endorsement of those services
API Limitations: We rely on third-party APIs which may be unreliable, inaccurate, or unavailable. We are not responsible for API failures
Data Accuracy: We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data obtained from third-party platforms
Service Changes: Third-party platforms may change, discontinue, or restrict their APIs at any time, which may affect MACCYB CM features
No Liability: MetaCORPS is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages arising from third-party services

External Links: MACCYB CM may contain links to external websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with MACCYB CM.

11. Account Termination

Either you or MetaCORPS may terminate your MACCYB CM account at any time, for any reason.

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using MACCYB CM at any time
You may request account deletion by contacting support@maccyb.com
Account deletion will result in the loss of all points, rewards, and account data

Our Right to Terminate

MetaCORPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Terms Violations: Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
Prohibited Conduct: Engaging in prohibited activities such as cheating, botting, or multi-accounting
Fraud: Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the points system
Legal Reasons: Compliance with legal requirements or law enforcement requests
Inactivity: Extended periods of account inactivity
Disruptive Behavior: Behavior that disrupts the platform or harms the community
Discretion: Any other reason at our sole discretion

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

Your access to MACCYB CM will be immediately revoked
All points in your account will be forfeited
All pending rewards will be canceled
You will lose access to any community perks or benefits
Your leaderboard standings will be removed
Account data may be deleted (subject to our Privacy Policy and legal requirements)
No refunds or compensation will be provided for lost points or rewards

No Right to Account: You acknowledge that you have no property right in your MACCYB CM account, points, or rewards. MetaCORPS may terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Appeals: If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact support@maccyb.com to request a review. However, all termination decisions are at our sole discretion and are final.

12. Modifications to Terms

MetaCORPS reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

How Changes Work

Effective Date: Changes to these Terms are effective immediately upon posting to the MACCYB CM platform
Notification: We may notify users of significant changes through email, platform announcements, or other means, but we are not obligated to do so
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes
Continued Use: Your continued use of MACCYB CM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms

Types of Changes: Modifications may include (but are not limited to) changes to:

Eligibility requirements
Points earning rates and activities
Rewards catalog and redemption rules
Prohibited conduct and enforcement policies
Liability limitations and disclaimers
Any other aspect of these Terms

Disagreement with Changes: If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop being member MACCYB CM and request account deletion.

Version History: The "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. Previous versions of the Terms are not available.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and your use of MACCYB CM are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction & Venue

We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication

Arbitration Agreement
